Managing Director Midway Attractions
Glenn is responsible for Midway Attractions, Merlin’s largest Operating Group. This means not only the development and operation of Merlin’s existing Midway portfolio, but also the rollout programme of 6/7 new attractions per year, working closely with the Merlin Magic Making development team to build and develop Merlin’s iconic brands: Madame Tussauds, The Dungeons, The Eye, SEA LIFE, and LEGOLAND Discovery Centre.
A graduate in Business, Glenn started his career as Assistant Brand Manager at Unilever, moving on to become New Product Development Manager for Britvic. He joined the Tussauds Group in 1995 as Director of Marketing for Alton Towers, becoming Director of Marketing for The Tussauds Group UK Theme Parks in 1998. Glenn took on an operational role as Divisional Director for Chessington World of Adventures and Thorpe Park in 2000, and became Managing Director in 2003.
