Justin joined Merlin in 2011 and was appointed Managing Director, Resort Theme Parks in 2015. With over 23 years’ experience across a range of international organisations, Justin brings a robust focus on strategy development, marketing execution and the understanding and delivery of consumer needs.
With a career spanning GlaxoSmithKline, Kellogg’s and AstraZeneca, Justin has held a number of senior roles leading the development and growth of a range of brands within the UK and on a global basis. Justin initially joined Merlin as Marketing Director within Resort Theme Parks. Leading a focus on executing short breaks strategies, he has been instrumental in driving progress in the transformation of theme parks into short break destinations.
